  Apparently no one in this doctor's office ever works. It would appear that they care precious little for their patients or patients' families needs. In the middle of the week day, they all have knocked off home and some poor answering service has to answer your call and do the best they can. Of course, the answering service is not run by licensed doctors, just people in an office somewhere. The actual doctors and receptionists that supposedly WORK in this establishment never actually do. Heaven forbid you need a prescription faxed for your child at the insane time of 2PM on a week day. You will be out of luck. And don't bother taking the advice of the calling service and calling your doctor the next day, because they won't have deigned to come into work the next day either. Or they will magically 'lose' your paperwork.
  
  This is an awful medical group with lackadaisical practices who care nothing for their patients. If you are lucky enough to chose your doctor, don't chose this one.
